Returns and Cancellations

Cancellations pre-delivery:
If after having placed your order you have a change of heart for whatever reason, you may cancel your order within 14 days of purchase. All you need to do is advise us in writing by post either directly to our online Store or by e-mail. Once we acknowledge receipt of your cancellation, you will receive a full refund using the same method as your original payment.

Returns after delivery: 
As all our cabinetry and upholstery is specially made to order, returns are not accepted. There is no exception to this rule.

Please note that mattresses cannot be returned once opened. This is strictly in compliance with “health and safety” standards. We will refuse to take back any opened and used mattresses as they can not be repackaged and sold as new. 

This does not affect your rights as a consumer.
