Returns and Cancellations

Cancellations pre-delivery:
If after having placed your order you have a change of heart for whatever reason, you may cancel your order within 14 days of purchase. All you need to do is advise us in writing by post either directly to our online Store or by e-mail. Once we acknowledge receipt of your cancellation, you will receive a full refund using the same method as your original payment.

Returns after delivery: 
You have 7 calendar days from receipt of your furniture in which to advise us that you do not want to keep the order. There will be exceptions to this as regard any specially ordered products. If this is the case a 50% re-stocking fee will apply.

Please note that mattresses cannot be returned once opened. This is strictly in compliance with “health and safety” standards. We will refuse to take back any opened and used mattresses as they can not be repackaged and sold as new. 

This does not affect your rights as a consumer.
